ZVA Brass Tacks 1067

NKR Registration # N23M1067ZVA4

100% New Zealand (SHR Bonafide X ZVA Sombra's Regina) 3/12/2023 dam raised twin

Coming all the way from Noble Nomad Mountain Ranch in Virginia, This young buck is what a good investment looks like! Brass has surpassed my expectations in every way and is a cut above. Brass has a compact, solid, muscular build on a healthy frame with smooth transitions, a pleasing presence and as an added bonus, carries the spotted/dappled gene. If you like a little bit of booty on your meat goats, he's got that going on too, LOL.  Brass currently has 9 kids on the ground who are already showing the depth and muscle density that I love about Brass. With said kids being between 1 and 30 days old, I'm looking forward to watching them mature as I plan for next year's breeding pairings.

FPR Hawthorne's Saffron (Saffron)

NKR# N23M0366FPR8

(FPR Wrecker's Hawthorn X FPR Bear's Savannah) 1/5/2023 Purebred, dam raised twin

I set out to add color to my herd... and with that, I'm introducing Saffron, from Fish Or Price Ranch in Flippin, AK.  This sweet natured guy has the type of personality you can't help but fall in love with. He loves to be pampered and has a gentile way of asking for scritches. Saffron has doubled in size since arriving here, but he still has a lot of growing to do yet.  Saffron had a select few ladies last fall and has 5 kids at present, with one more doe due in June. I have to say, I'm impressed by what he's produced so far, and will be tripling the number of girls he gets to breed for next season.

FOR SALE - ZVA Malevo 912

NKR Registration # N23M0912ZVA5

Purebred Kiko (SCG Marco Polo X ZVA Gizelle 835) DOB: 4/14/2023 dam raised twin

Malevo traveled for 14 days to get here all the way from Noble Nomad Mountain Ranch in VA. "Malevo" means renegade in Argentina, and this guy has got a little bit of a wild eye to him.  He's got good length of loin and a chest like I've never seen on a Kiko! At just 8 months old, Malevo has lots of time to grow and fill out, and I'm enjoying watching him mature. Malevo won't get to prove himself until next year, through no fault of his own; I have to prove a couple other bucklings before I can utilize him fully. Patience is a virtue and I think he'll be well worth the wait.

Coming soon - DDF Smoking Gun

100% New Zealand buckling

I'm beyond excited to be adding another up and comer to the buck pen! This guy will be coming from Da'Did Farms in Onalaska, WA (who's goats have always been a worthy investment). I was on the hunt for an AKGA registered New Zealand buck that had length and a level topline to cross to my current NZ does and future ZVA Brass Tacks doelings. This guy fits the bill to a "T" and has a little color to boot (which I just can't get enough of)! He should be weaning soon and will come home hopefully sometime in June, in which we'll promptly give formal introductions.

FOR SALE - LCLL Caught Red-Handed

AKGA/NKR registration pending

Purebred Kiko (ZVA Player's Red Fox X DDF Caramilk Mousse) DOB: 1/15/2024 dam raised triplet

"Red", sired by the infamous ZVA Player's Red Fox (below) has had my attention from day one.  This guy is built just like his daddy, and I expect him to mature to well over 200#.  Red weaned at 90 days a whopping 62.8 lbs and has displayed an outstanding ADG of 0.60 which is especially remarkable considering he's a dam-raised triplet. It should be no surprise that his mom is my best doe, who's always produced triplets, that have always been my top gainers. Red is the result of crossing the best of two worlds and he's breaking records. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hesitant to let him go, but I have no use for another Purebred herd sire, as I focus on expanding my New Zealand brood. If you're interested in making a big impact in your program in a short amount of time, you can't go wrong with "Red".

ZVA Player's Red Fox

AKGA # 18P077ZVA04

100% New Zealand (SMK Player X MWS Boots) 1/27/2018 dam raised twin

Coming all the way from Noble Nomad Mountain Ranch in VA, this guy is a game changer! Not only does he have the size, depth and mass that appeals to me, his pedigreed is STACKED! Of no less importance, Red Fox has proven his outstanding adaptability and his ability to thrive under any condition, climate or level of care. Adding Red Fox to the lineup has taken my program to the next level... no more messing around! He produced ten outstanding kids out of 4 does for me in spring of '23 and will hopefully do the same for the 2024 kidding season, as he covered 4 girls just before leaving for his new home.

Check out his pedigree below: COO IRON HORSE, ELH BLUE'S SON and GHK CHEROKEE FIDDLER on top, SWL TERMINATOR'S XX, WSU GOLIATH'S KEEPER and GOATEX GENERATOR on the bottom.

IAD Pistolero Double Action

100% NZ

AKGA# 21P067IAD56  NKR# N21M0067IADX8

Sire of the following retained doelings: LCLL Two Step Tango, LCLL Lemon Chiffon, LCLL National Treasure

"Diego" was my first investment in the world of registered kiko goats. I did a tremendous amount of research to locate a buckling that I could consider to be "the whole package"; Diego proved to be just that. I'm beyond thrilled to have acquired such a quality buck as the foundation of my kiko breeding program. Diego was the sire to my '22 and '23 kid crops and he consistently produced length of loin, great average daily gain, and even tossed the occasional blue eyes to his offspring. I've retained four outstanding daughters from two consecutive seasons and am excited to see his first grandkids hit the ground in Spring of '24.
